As Z-VO builds its pan-USA network...
it is seeking two kinds of exclusive distributors with which to establish its nationwide matrix of partner coverage: “Master Distributors,” which would own exclusive licenses for American’s ten major metropolitan areas (e.g. New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Seattle, Boston, Sacramento, San Jose) as defined by zip codes; and “Regular Distributors,” which would hold similarly exclusive licenses across American next 25 largest cities
(as defined by zip codes).

These Certified Distributors, in association with Z-VO, are responsible for:

(1) network installation,
(2) network operation,
(3) hardware sales,
(4) management of local partners, and
(5) customer service.

In order to become a “Master Distributor” in a “Top 10” US city, one must confidently credential their ability to quickly aggregate significant numbers of new hardware and
services customers via existing marketing, sales and distribution channels in targeted territory. It must also prove available bank reserves of $1 million that can be contractually committed to a combination of required network/server infrastructure and licenses (Nero for VoIP client, TeleSynergy for infrastructure, and IGMB for coordination and management of installation). Finally, the distributor candidate must have retail space and be able to hire appropriate personnel to run the operation, including a minimum of a CEO, CFO, CIO and 2 engineers. While Z-VO appreciated any local marketing, it does not require a specific marketing set-aside out of this budget as it is Z-VO managing/producing a nationwide campaign.

In order to become a “Regular Distributor” in a “Top 25” US city, as with a Master Distributor, candidates must be able confidently credential their ability to quickly aggregate significant numbers of new hardware and services customers via existing marketing, sales and distribution channels in targeted territory. They must also prove available bank reserves
of $500,000 that can be contractually committed to the same licenses as specified above. Finally, the regular distributor candidate must also have retail space and be able
to hire appropriate personnel to run the operation, including a minimum of a
CEO, CFO, CIO and 2 engineers.”
